Mateus’s perspective is shaped by his family history. Growing up as the son of an architect, he gained an early appreciation for precision and craftsmanship by observing hand-drawn plans and layouts. This attention to detail continues to guide his work today. His open and direct manner reflects the values he associates with his hometown of Hamburg. For Mateus, transparency and openness are essential elements of building trust. Clients quickly sense how intuitively he understands their needs. He aims to help them recognise when a property becomes more than a place to live – a home that truly feels right. Outside of work, Mateus enjoys travelling, spending time with his partner and listening to music. Mateus speaks German, English and Polish.
